The Background
Headquartered in Pretoria, South Africa, BCX is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Telkom Group. The company is a supplier of end-to-end hosted collaboration solutions and is committed to providing comprehensive Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) to its customers.
The Challenge
BCX wanted to deliver and report on multi-vendor offerings, spanning Cisco on-premise, Webex, and Microsoft Teams. An existing VOSS customer, BCX approached VOSS to replace Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) with VOSS UC Monitoring and UC Analytics capabilities.
We have ambitious growth plans for our Unified Collaboration Portfolio within the South African market. To achieve this, we want a robust Unified Collaboration management platform that is highly flexible to underpin our UC business moving forward. VOSS automates new customer onboarding, and simplifies day-to-day UC management.
