The Challenge
The provider approached VOSS with a desire to replace Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) with the VOSS platform. The provider wanted seamless integration into VOSS provisioning and a third party AiOps platform, for end-to-end automation and proactive service management.
The provider operates a large multi-vendor UC environment, and this complexity was perfectly suited to the VOSS suite of tools.

The implementation not only enabled a Cisco PCA replacement, it also introduced improved metrics and business dashboards for VOSS UC Analytics, while ensuring easy customization.
